Designed for young athletes ready to take the next step, this program focuses on speed, agility, coordination, and conditioning. Athletes begin developing proper mechanics, body control, and injury-resistant movement patterns to enhance performance in any sport.

(AGES 13-16)
Our most advanced youth program, G.R.I.T. Elite combines strength training fundamentals with high-level speed, agility, and conditioning. Athletes build power, improve performance, and train with purpose in a structured environment designed to prepare them for the demands of competitive sports.

GIRLS STRENGTH & conditioning
(AGES 12+, GIRLS ONLY)
Girls Strength & Conditioning helps girls get stronger, faster, and more confident through a blend of speed, agility, strength, and conditioning. With a strong focus on injury prevention, the program targets common imbalances to improve stability, alignment, and control—especially in the knees, hips, and core. Expect a supportive, high-energy environment where girls build proper movement, total-body strength, and confidence to perform at their best.
